Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone.
- Welcome and assist new clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Listen carefully to understand individual and family needs.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
- Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features.
- Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations.
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and ongoing policy support for clients.
