Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Software Development roles.
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
- Hands on experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience working with virtualised, containerised, or distributed environments.
- Solid understanding of containerisation and orchestration.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Write and contribute code to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute unit tests and participate in peer reviews to maintain a high quality codebase.
- Collaborate closely within a small agile team to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
- Ensure operational readiness of solutions, including performance, monitoring, reliability, and disaster recovery.
- Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and automated releases.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Installs and Support teams to ensure platforms are production ready.
