Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in the .Net and C# ecosystem.
- Experience maintaining large-scale, complex systems.
- In-depth understanding of architectural principles for distributed systems, including microservices.
- Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka.
- Skills in resilience mechanisms and performance tuning for high-scale systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices using CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and Terraform.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and lead cross-team collaboration.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex systems, influencing technical direction and strategy.
- Deliver large-scale features and projects across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers to foster technical growth and continuous improvement.
