Requirements
- 3–5 years of core, client-facing consulting experience.
- Current or recent experience at firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (Consultant/Associate to Project Leader/Engagement Manager level).
- Strong ability to structure unfamiliar problems, identify critical questions, and provide clear recommendations.
- Excellent analytical craft with the ability to build concise, numerate, and decision-ready analyses.
- Proven track record of project ownership and working with incomplete information.
- Strong customer judgment and professional communication skills at various organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage company without a large team or polished playbook.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to support professional work.
- Capability to write clearly and take responsibility for project quality.
- Willingness to travel domestically and work on-site with customers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own the workstream fact base by conducting interviews, analyzing data, and identifying process exceptions.
- Develop sharp analyses, decision documents, and slides that drive clear client choices.
- Run the weekly operating cadence with customer teams, managing actions, decisions, and blockers.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge business needs and technical delivery during live implementation.
- Track implementation progress and build evidence for impact that can be presented to executive stakeholders.
- Own relationships with customer teams at the working level to ensure operational follow-through.
