Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience as a software engineer, consultant, product manager, or in business operations.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional value and documented adoption of AI-led workflows.
- Experience shipping working solutions using tools like Codex or Claude Code.
- Broad understanding of AI technology, including LLMs versus machine learning approaches.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with agent-tooling patterns (MCP), evaluation frameworks, and cost/token awareness.
- Experience with Git version control and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Strong process design skills for mapping workflows and identifying failure points.
- Strategic commercial awareness with the ability to connect deliverables to business goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and capture opportunities for automating manual workflows across Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Ops.
- Build internal tools and agents end-to-end to integrate AI into daily employee workflows.
- Drive adoption through workshops, pairing sessions, and office hours to maximize time saved.
- Partner with Security to establish guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails for data protection.
- Develop frameworks to track the value, key metrics, and targets of implemented AI solutions.
