Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, or data-focused roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions like headcount and ARR growth.
- Perform in-depth financial analyses including budget variance, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Champion the adoption of AI and LLM-powered workflows to improve efficiency and data analysis.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity and system consistency.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track key SaaS metrics.
- Collaborate across the organization to align on assumptions and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
