Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-driven businesses.
- Solid grounding in accounting principles (US GAAP).
- Hands-on experience across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, data structuring).
- Business-oriented mindset.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages (P&L, CF) with variance analysis and business insights.
- Take full ownership of the budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles.
- Improve and automate reporting processes, including data consolidation and dashboard development.
- Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing business directions.
- Track Delivery and Sales KPIs to flag risks and support revenue goals.
