Job Details

8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including significant experience in solution architecture and transformational advisory roles.
Deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules and comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HCM processes.
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and Oracle HCM implementation programs.
Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business and technology discussions.
Experience defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, transformation roadmaps, and organizational readiness plans.
Strong presales, discovery, consulting, and client advisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Comfortable working remotely while traveling up to 25% for client on-site engagements, including travel to the United States.

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders throughout Oracle HCM Cloud transformation and implementation initiatives.
Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand organizational objectives, business challenges, risks, and transformation priorities.
Define future-state business capabilities and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and long-term priorities.
Provide architectural leadership across large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programs spanning multiple functional areas and workstreams.
Lead strategic presales engagements, discovery conversations, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
Mentor and coach Solution Architects and delivery professionals on solution design, stakeholder management, and transformation strategy.
