Requirements

- At least 3 years in enterprise client-facing roles.
- 5+ years within managed service provider environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture and infrastructure strategy.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CMMC 2.0.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Exceptional C-level relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to assess complex infrastructure environments and manage risks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client meetings.
- Current certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS certifications, or CISSP are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a structured mentorship program for Client Solutions Architects.
- Mentor architects on technical expertise, client relationship management, and solution design.
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure initiatives across multiple technical domains.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align IT investments with business goals.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients as a strategic advisor.
- Collaborate with project management and service delivery teams to drive implementation.
