Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
- Prior experience working in a pre-sales capacity.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware, software, databases, networking, and security).
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM.
- Experience working with public cloud environments.
- Ability to articulate value and discuss technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
- Experience in Customer Success is highly desirable.
- Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align with Immersive Lab’s value proposition.
- Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a security advisor to build cyber skills programs, facilitate crisis simulations, and measure organizational risk.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
- Drive platform adoption to maximize value and facilitate routine Executive Business Reviews.
- Support customers in operationalizing Immersive One within their existing cybersecurity programs.
- Function as an escalation point and liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
