Job Details

8+ years of relevant professional experience in complex, customer-facing technology environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting.
Experience working with large and complex enterprise customers.
Practical knowledge of proxy architectures, malware, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation.
Understanding of core internet and application technologies: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud computing.
Experience with enterprise architectures, cloud security, SAML, OIDC, identity providers, authentication, and authorization.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Lead technical go-to-market strategies and customer conversations for web performance solutions.
Serve as a pre-sales technology specialist and technical escalation point for strategic opportunities and complex customer accounts.
Build trusted relationships with customers through a consultative approach to identify challenges and evaluate solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert across web performance domains and contribute expertise to sales opportunities.
Support Solutions Engineering teams with proof-of-concepts, architecture discussions, and escalated technical challenges.
Influence technology and solution strategies spanning cloud, edge computing, DevOps, CDN, and performance technologies.
Partner with Engineering and Product Management to provide market insight and shape product roadmaps.
Lead pre-sales subject matter expert enablement initiatives.
