Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience across solution architecture, integration architecture, or senior engineering roles.
- Proven track record of solutioning for enterprise systems, including workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Elite decomposition and technical business analysis skills applied at an architecture level.
- Strong data literacy, including data modeling and transformation knowledge.
- Demonstrable fluency in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- In-depth knowledge of integration components such as API gateways, middleware, event routing, and authentication patterns.
- Hands-on engineering ability to personally build working proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling to accelerate design and documentation processes.
- Exceptional communication range to interface with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Portfolio of past work or architecture designs is strongly preferred over certifications.
Responsibilities
- Produce solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical approach narratives for RFP responses and client proposals.
- Parachute into escalated projects to identify technical issues and provide immediate, concrete design solutions.
- Decompose high-level business problems into granular requirements, workflows, states, and edge cases.
- Select optimal platforms, data stores, and integration patterns, defending choices to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Prototype risky or novel components of a design to validate technical feasibility before full-scale delivery.
- Design internal workflows, automations, and integrations for company operations in collaboration with engineers.
