Requirements
- 7–10 years of project management experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Direct responsibility for design coordination and construction execution.
- Experience managing drawing sets through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Proven experience managing contractors and vendors and overseeing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Working knowledge of permitting and approval processes.
- Strong project controls experience including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore and Google Workspace.
- Experience with industry-standard drawing-review tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to project sites up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end from early design coordination through construction, closeout, and handoff to Operations.
- Coordinate drawing development across schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
- Partner with security, product, IT, cybersecurity, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into construction solutions.
- Lead architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction documentation.
- Manage permitting and approval processes to protect project timelines.
- Track milestones and identify risks related to budget, schedule, design, and procurement.
- Enforce construction quality and consistency across sites.
- Drive project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspections.
