Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of project supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience in a technical environment.
- Relevant industry-specific certifications and/or licenses.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Advanced financial analysis and cost-control skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of IT networking principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple large and complex projects from award through completion.
- Develop project installation plans, schedules, procedures, subcontracts, and change proposals.
- Establish project milestones, monitor costs, and compare actual performance against estimates.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage project scope, contract terms, and quality standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding schedules and performance.
- Lead, coach, and facilitate project teams.
