Requirements
- BA/BS in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of technical/AEC industry experience, or 12+ years of relevant AEC experience.
- Demonstrated experience with federal/government proposals.
- Knowledge of federal contracting vehicles such as SF330, GSA, IDIQ, OASIS+ BPA, and OTA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence others.
- High level of self-motivation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal process by analyzing solicitation documents, developing schedules, and coordinating technical content development.
- Develop draft proposal documents and facilitate color review meetings.
- Implement and ensure adherence to established quality assurance and quality processes.
- Coordinate shortlist interview preparation with marketing and creative teams.
- Maintain opportunity, project, and staff data within the firm's ERP database.
- Perform cross-market compliant QA/QC reviews and identify reusable content.
- Participate in capture planning to develop win strategies and proposal solutions.
- Actively mentor proposal coordinators and interns.
- Provide process leadership for prime pursuits.
