Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in client-facing roles (e.g., Presales, Sales Engineering, Solution Architect)
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, and process orchestration
- Knowledge of automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology
- Solution selling mindset with a driven and proactive approach
- UiPath platform knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
- Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
- Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
- Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s
- Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
- Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture
- Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including blogs and events
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide roadmap feedback and promote new releases
