Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of multi-site property management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform intermediate to advanced mathematical functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.
- Entrata experience highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time to attend events and property visits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer relations through timely communication and solutions.
- Manage high-quality on-site teams through recruitment, training, and development.
- Implement sales and marketing plans to maximize rental income and occupancy.
- Develop and maintain university relationships and partnerships.
- Conduct quarterly property inspections covering safety, operations, and capital improvements.
- Assist with annual operating budgets and ensure portfolio performance within budget parameters.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
