- 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience managing senior-level, specialized, and cross-functional searches.
- Proven experience with proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, and talent market intelligence.
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system with strong data discipline.
- High level of versatility and situational adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across functions and levels, from intake and search strategy through assessment, offer, and close.
- Partner with and advise business leaders on talent availability, search strategy, compensation, and hiring tradeoffs.
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship building.
- Maintain the TA operating rhythm, including tracking open requisitions, pipeline health, and hiring demand.
- Manage TA reporting and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and hiring outcomes.
- Operate effectively through ambiguity and maintain strong ATS documentation and data discipline.
