Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft
- Experience simplifying complex B2B SaaS workflows, admin experiences, or data-rich interfaces
- Strong product judgment with ability to define what to build
- Comfort working from ambiguous problems to concrete interaction models
- Experience conducting usability research and talking directly to customers
- Strong systems thinking capabilities
- Bias toward rapid prototyping over static documentation
- Strong attention to detail with ability to carry high craft standards through to final shipment
- Experience partnering with engineers to manage technical constraints and tradeoffs
Responsibilities
- Own product design from problem framing through research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration
- Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration helping users understand, guide, trust, and stay in control of autonomous software
- Simplify complex workflows across configuration, integrations, multi-step workflows, system states, and permissions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define the problem and solution from the start
- Prototype early using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and code-based tools to test interactions
- Conduct customer conversations and usability sessions to translate insights into better experiences
- Evolve design systems and reusable interaction patterns as the product grows
