Requirements
- Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and organization.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with skip-tracing or batch data vendor platforms.
- Comfort with OSINT and AI-assisted research tools for public profile discovery.
- High attention to detail and ability to own a recurring monthly production cycle.
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling personal and financial-adjacent data.
- SQL proficiency (a plus).
- Prior experience in asset recovery, skip tracing, marketing operations, or data research (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Extract and maintain state-level unclaimed property and asset lists from public sources.
- Request and manage data batching with third-party skip-trace vendors to append contact information.
- Organize processed lists into segments for outreach channels.
- Execute monthly production cycles according to a first-of-month workflow.
- Identify public social media profiles for targets using AI-assisted search tools.
- Coordinate multi-channel outbound sequencing across mailer, call center, and social platforms.
- Track reach and response data to optimize funnel performance and cash flow.
