Requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of experience with real ownership.
- Strong expertise across the full stack, including API development and frontend implementation.
- Experience shipping and maintaining production-level systems.
- Active daily use of AI coding harnesses (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features or equivalent production AI work.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent product and UX decisions.
- Clear, concise written communication skills for an async-heavy environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity.
- Customer-centric mindset with willingness to engage in research and support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve customer problems end-to-end, from initial discovery to production validation.
- Develop across the full stack, including Rails APIs, React/TypeScript, and AI-driven features.
- Maintain live systems, monitor performance, and refine product quality.
- Collaborate directly with founders, product teams, and designers to shape product strategy.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, QA, and technical planning.
