Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in web application development working with both front-end and back-end technologies
- Working experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web applications
- Working experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python and one of its frameworks for back-end services
- Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
- Good knowledge of CSS and UI development practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment — clear written communication, reliable async collaboration
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and a willingness to build a disciplined workflow around them
- Familiar with TDD — good instinct for writing tests
- Experience working on a SaaS platform
- Understanding of security principles and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript on the front-end, and Java or Python on the back-end
- Build well-structured and scalable APIs to support front-end and back-end functionality
- Participate in the full implementation cycle from design to rollout
- Use AI coding tools as a standard part of your workflow, while developing the judgment to review and validate generated code
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability
- Collaborate with Engineers and Product Manager to plan and implement new features
- Participate in Engineering Chapters and contribute to architecture discussions
