- Troubleshoot application performance across various devices including smart TVs, consoles, and mobile platforms.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering personalized and efficient solutions in the Dutch language.
- Stay updated on the latest streaming industry trends and platform updates to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes within the fast-paced streaming sector.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the premium service standards expected by our streaming partners.
