Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with streaming protocols end-to-end (SSE or WebSocket).
- Full-stack ownership experience (Node/Fastify or Python/FastAPI).
- Deep familiarity with React 19, TanStack Query, and Vite.
- Experience with database management including Postgres and Redis.
- Knowledge of toolchains like Zod validation, sandboxed iframes/CSP, Playwright/Vitest, WCAG 2.2 AA, and OIDC/OAuth2.
- Product-focused mindset regarding accessibility, localization, and error states.
- AI-native working style with experience using AI coding tools.
- Strong sense of ownership regarding instrumentation, evals, and on-call responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the chat surface and agent workspaces, including streaming protocols, message persistence, tool-call/approval UX, and citation rendering.
- Partner with the platform team to develop the app builder, including templates, preview sandboxes, and generation loop UX.
- Maintain the component and design system across chat, workspaces, and the app builder to ensure visual and behavioral consistency.
- Build agent-facing developer tools like CLI, deployment tooling, and manifests.
- Own the full stack for features: TypeScript front end, Node/FastAPI backend, Postgres schema, deployment, and on-call.
- Ship enterprise readiness features including accessibility, localization, and audit trails.
- Debug across the full stack by reading backend service traces and runtime/Kubernetes logs.
