Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably with agency experience.
- Full stack experience with a variety of frontend and backend tools.
- Experience building and interacting with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
- Hands-on experience using AI agents for production development and code review.
- Experience acting as a technical lead, including scope, estimates, and budget management.
- Strong communication skills for direct client interaction regarding technical trade-offs.
- Experience building application user experiences and understanding user intent.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of AWS services or other devops platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build new applications, websites, and features using Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, and Laravel.
- Plan and implement work using AI agents and a spec-driven process, setting development standards for the team.
- Act as Technical Lead, partnering with project managers to oversee development, financial success, scope, and budget.
- Serve as a point of escalation for engineers, reviewing architectural decisions and code quality.
- Contribute to high-level architecture planning and internal technical consulting.
- Perform backend tasks including database modeling, query optimization, and setting up monitoring solutions.
- Communicate directly with clients to manage requirements, technical trade-offs, and project status.
