Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on deployment engineering experience delivering production AI integrations and automation workflows.
- Deep familiarity with LLM-based systems, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure-mode handling.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end deployments in production environments.
- Solid coding skills in TypeScript or Python, including experience with tests, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks, including OAuth and API keys.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into robust, testable AI-driven flows.
- Solid foundation in cloud deployment, observability, and production debugging.
- Native or fluent German proficiency.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with experience shipping fast and iterating.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust, production-ready implementations.
- Lead rollouts of AI assistant configurations, including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Implement third-party system integrations via APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing, and payment services.
- Develop features and glue code with appropriate testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data pipelines with rapid deployment of fixes.
- Build reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and best practices for scalable setups.
- Surface pain points and feature gaps to the product team with actionable recommendations.
