Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive experience designing and executing automated tests for web applications using Python and frameworks like Playwright or Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong Python scripting skills and experience with Page Object Model or comparable design patterns.
- Solid experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Working knowledge of graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph) and query validation.
- Understanding of testing AI/ML-powered functionality for probabilistic systems.
- Proficiency with SQL and additional scripting languages like Unix shell or Ruby.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph (advantageous).
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation practices like golden datasets and red-teaming (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end, component, API, and contract test suites with parallel execution and trace-based debugging.
- Integrate automated quality gates and release criteria into CI/CD pipelines.
- Design validation strategies for graph databases, including schema integrity and query behavior.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI/ML models addressing accuracy, drift, bias, and explainability.
- Create automated test suites for agentic workflows, validating orchestration, tool calls, and failure recovery.
- Collaborate with developers and data scientists during feature development to embed testing and perform root-cause analysis.
