Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including data loads, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes across Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Business Finance.
- Experience with data architecture and cloud ERP transformation (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Workday, Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle FDI environments.
- Strong relational database management experience, specifically Oracle or comparable RDBMS.
- Advanced SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and transformation.
- Experience developing enterprise reports and dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Functional understanding of ERP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue).
- Solid grasp of data integration concepts and enterprise data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance leadership to architect system migration and integration initiatives within Oracle Cloud.
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) data loads, semantic models, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Build, maintain, and improve enterprise data structures that support reliable reporting and self-service analytics.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise data catalog for Finance users.
- Serve as a technical expert for Finance system process changes and technology roadmaps.
- Translate Finance business processes into scalable data architecture.
- Support cloud ERP transformation initiatives and data integrations.
- Create enterprise-level reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Develop complex SQL queries to support data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for improving data quality and operational efficiency.
