Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with at least one BI or visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Familiarity with databases and data warehouses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional working English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Python (nice to have).
- Experience building or maintaining data pipelines (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and performance drivers.
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and extract data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable data movement and integration.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual spreadsheet work.
- Monitor data accuracy and perform validation to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and present findings.
