Job Details

8+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong social, digital, and print creative.
Demonstrated experience designing for technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.
Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of design systems, components, and scalable brand standards.
Strong practical experience using AI tools for creative ideation, variation, and workflows.
Ability to build AI-assisted systems and templates for non-designer use.
Experience preparing print-ready production files with accurate specifications.
Exceptional visual judgment regarding typography, hierarchy, and layout.
Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing freelance designers and agencies.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes is preferred.

Own social creative across paid and organic channels including campaign assets and templates.
Lead digital design for web, advertising, email, and lifecycle communications.
Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor assets.
Develop print and event creative, managing production-ready files and print vendors.
Steward the visual brand system and maintain design guidelines.
Build AI-assisted creative workflows, agents, and templates to enable non-designers.
Source, brief, and manage freelance designers and external creative resources.
Lead conference presence strategy, booth layouts, and event activations.
Participate in creative reviews and manage concurrent projects through feedback cycles.
