Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in either an in-house or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to write high-converting candidate outreach.
- Experience using a modern ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage systems.
- High level of integrity in evaluating candidate quality.
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates by identifying top talent and writing effective outreach messages.
- Manage inbound applications across platforms to ensure a quick and respectful process.
- Conduct first-round phone or video screens using a structured interview rubric.
- Track and report weekly recruiting metrics including pass-through rates and time-to-screen.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Maintain a warm bench of qualified candidates for future organizational needs.
