Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of application development and management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and development tooling like Visual Studio.
- Experience leading technical teams in a player-coach capacity.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder alignment and prioritization.
- Ability to guide teams on application architecture, operational reliability, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for ETL packages, reporting, and technical support for TCIM-related workstreams.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Support platform modernization efforts, including migration from SSIS to Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Advance the team’s use of AI technologies to support automation and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen team operating rhythm, processes, prioritization, and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, product ownership, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery quality.
- Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
