- Minimum three years Campus Staff ministry or equivalent ministry experience.

- Willingness to act in accordance with InterVarsity’s Human Sexuality Theological Paper.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to diverse ministry environments.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize events and manage administrative details.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in ministry program planning and spiritual discipleship.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the area team to set ministry vision and strategic direction.
- Recruit, hire, and place campus ministry staff.
- Provide pastoral care, training, professional development, and performance evaluations for ministry staff.
- Manage the administrative and financial health of the area, including budgeting and expense control.
- Cultivate relationships with donors, alumni, and churches to secure financial support for ministry efforts.
- Represent the organization within the broader Christian community.
