Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.
- 5 years of experience in IT or clinical environments.
- Experience in moderate to complex business process mapping and requirements analysis.
- Proficiency in EPIC and other applications, operating systems, and databases.
- Strong project management skills including use of project management software.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and set priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of change management practices.
- Ability to obtain Epic certification within 6 months and maintain it annually.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical and non-technical solutions for moderate to complex business needs.
- Manage conversion and operational support planning for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Recommend solutions for Epic and third-party applications to ensure compliance with strategic direction.
- Perform analysis, configuration, testing, and maintenance of assigned applications.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT to provide technical solutions.
- Evaluate vendor offerings and software enhancements for adherence to technical standards.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate system development, performance monitoring, and reporting.
