Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, math, science or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to upgrade and maintain multiple applications.
- Experience with documentation, presentation tools, and basic project or task management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools.
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within an Agile IT environment.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-departmental leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders and technical partners to ensure application stability, security, and evolution.
- Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines while escalating risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for applications, infrastructure, dataflows, and architecture.
- Support system integrations to ensure efficient data flow between platforms.
- Provide end-user support including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination.
