Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits.
  • Demonstrated ownership of compensation strategy, benefits program design, and people analytics.
  • Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple geographies and employment types (EOR, direct hire, contractors).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), including building dashboards and analytics reporting.
  • Knowledge of US benefits compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and familiarity with international benefits structures.
  • Experience with FMLA, state leave policies, and third-party administrator management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to all levels.
  • Experience owning and leading compensation survey participation (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Birches).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve global compensation strategy, including salary structure, pay equity, job leveling, and annual cycles.
  • Maintain compensation benchmarking using market data and lead new-hire and promotion pricing.
  • Partner with People Partners and management on offer recommendations and internal equity reviews.
  • Own benefits strategy design for US and global programs including health, retirement, and wellness.
  • Lead LOA policy design and oversight for complex leave programs.
  • Develop people analytics infrastructure, including dashboards, salary trend analysis, and benefits utilization data.
  • Collaborate with Finance on headcount modeling and workforce planning scenarios.
