- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Passion for audio AI and making content universally accessible.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes to support cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes and enhance decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources to improve functional area levers.
- Oversee analytics and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and manage dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance team performance.
