Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Notion.
- Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills.
- Outstanding project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection.
- Ability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Monitor campaign deliverability, open rates, CTR, and revenue.
- Maintain the master campaign calendar and coordinate with marketing leadership.
- Manage the team Notion board, including briefs, status tracking, and traffic management.
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer service issues.
- Execute day-to-day Shopify tasks such as managing discount codes, product listings, and collections.
- Coordinate cross-functional eCommerce campaigns and document SOPs.
