Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience with meaningful hands-on Amazon channel responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience with Amazon Vendor Central and consignment supply models.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Ads, Brand Registry, A+ Content, and product detail page optimization.
  • Experience with keyword research, search optimization, competitive analysis, and Amazon analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and advertising data into recommendations.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate launches across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with books, publishing metadata, ISBNs, or a broader consumer products portfolio.
  • Proficiency in managing catalog updates through Excel-based workflows.
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel to Exton, PA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Amazon tactical and strategic partner to product managers and team marketers to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish ASINs accurately and on time, including product attributes, categories, and identifiers, while troubleshooting listing issues.
  • Translate product positioning into effective Amazon detail pages and deploy A+ Content to improve conversion.
  • Conduct keyword and competitive research to optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend fields for discoverability.
  • Partner with team marketers to build, deploy, and refine Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance to inform iterative optimizations.
  • Monitor inventory signals like buy-box status and weeks of cover to proactively resolve stockouts and availability issues.
  • Manage catalog updates using Vendor Central's Excel-based workflows and improve overall channel health.
