Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-level web-based application development within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing agile or hybrid agile software development projects within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical team leader overseeing staff and resolving defects within the last 10 years.
- Proven ability to provide client/user references for all claimed qualifying project experience.
- Experience with full-stack development lead responsibilities (desirable).
- Experience with relational and non-SQL databases (desirable).
- Experience with enterprise workflow engines (desirable).
- Experience with cloud-hosted, distributed, multi-tiered applications (desirable).
- Experience developing APIs and web services for high-volume, simultaneously transactional systems (desirable).
- Experience with Notary Automation (desirable).
- Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Manage all design, development, integration, and implementation tasks, activities, and resources for the Automation System.
- Lead and manage hybrid agile development efforts to deliver technical requirements, configuration, and feature testing.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of technical staff, including resolution of system defects and technical issues.
- Develop and deliver security designs including encryption, masking, role-based access control, and penetration testing according to NIST controls.
- Lead implementation of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, ADA) across the development lifecycle.
- Coordinate release content, backlog management, and API updates with stakeholders.
- Plan and manage configuration management methodologies and documentation for all deliverables.
