Requirements
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Active DEA license.
- Commitment to obtaining active, unrestricted licenses in multiple states.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Ability to manage a high-volume telehealth queue.
- Ability to execute direction without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide at least 20 hours per week of scheduled clinical coverage, including video visits, asynchronous care, and EHR/CRM support.
- Review and approve patient intake forms, medical histories, lab results, and treatment requests.
- Evaluate patients and make independent clinical decisions based on history, symptoms, and clinical presentation.
- Prescribe, adjust, renew, or discontinue medications when medically appropriate and within scope.
- Support patient care across metabolic health, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapies.
- Respond to patient clinical questions and provide clear instructions regarding medication use and safety.
- Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress, treatment response, and adherence.
- Communicate effectively with care coordinators, pharmacies, and team members.
