Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a directly related role in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated experience administering an LMS (such as Docebo, Absorb, Cornerstone, or similar) at the system level
- Proficiency with video and multimedia production tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent
- Experience developing assessments and certification programs, including item writing, rubric design, and pass/fail calibration
- Working knowledge of learning analytics — familiarity with SCORM or xAPI, and comfort configuring and interpreting reporting dashboards
- Strong project management and production workflow skills
- Experience designing for legal or compliance audiences is a plus
- Exposure to AI-powered software products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Architect and continuously improve Syllo Academy — defining the structure, navigation, and learner experience for all client-facing and internal training content
- Administer the LMS, including user management, content organization, course publishing, reporting configuration, and integration with other Syllo systems
- Establish and maintain curriculum design standards for the training department, including templates, style guides, and quality review checklists
- Produce video and multimedia training assets — screen recordings, narrated walkthroughs, interactive exercises, and knowledge checks
- Develop, maintain, and score certification exams that validate user proficiency on Syllo's platform
- Own learning analytics: configure dashboards, generate reports on completion, assessment performance, and engagement
- Manage the production pipeline for new training content as Syllo ships product releases
- Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience through A/B testing, feedback loops, and analysis of engagement and performance data
