Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience architecting within Salesforce with enterprise architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications including Developer, Consultant, and Architect levels.
- Extensive background in pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture.
- Expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com).
- Ability to demonstrate integration and security design principles.
- Demonstrated experience building a culture of engineering excellence (quality, security, performance, scalability).
- Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in an Agile project environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify how a client’s architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice.
- Lead pre-sales and engagement architecture activities, including solution design discussions and feasibility validation.
- Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Analyze business processes to recommend new approaches that leverage modern technology components.
- Model processes, architecture, and data structures to support client projects.
- Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and define development standards.
- Design integrations between Salesforce products and client systems.
- Oversee development and configuration of solutions to ensure quality delivery and mentor technical consultants.
