Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence related role.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large data sets.
- Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker, Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex results.
- Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor.
- Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
- A love for or strong desire to work with mobile games.
- Gaming industry background is an advantage.
- Exposure to BigQuery and Python or R experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into large, complex data sets to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Define key metrics, establish data collection processes, and implement analytical frameworks to support game vertical needs.
- Take ownership of end-to-end analytical projects, including reporting, monitoring, and A/B experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data insights into impactful business outcomes and influence product roadmaps.
- Prioritize features and optimize game economies using data-driven insights to maximize player engagement.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve time-to-insight and contribute to innovative analytical infrastructure.
