Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise experiences with complex workflows.
- Comfortable diving into technical problems including APIs and workflows spanning internal and third-party systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills in a remote-first environment.
- Track record of evaluating third-party vendors and coordinating across multiple systems.
- Experience defining product vision, rallying teams, and delivering results iteratively.
- End-to-end ownership experience from strategy and prioritization through rollout and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for drafting specs, synthesizing research, and prototyping.
- Proactive ownership and execution-oriented mindset in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Understanding of healthcare, virtual care delivery, or health insurance is preferred.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features is preferred.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand clinical and business needs by identifying and prioritizing jobs-to-be-done.
- Own key care delivery capabilities end-to-end, such as prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows.
- Partner with clinical leadership to triage and prioritize product requests against roadmap goals.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to ship effective tools.
- Track and report key program and product metrics to leadership.
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and backlog grooming.
- Drive feature rollouts through change management, communication, and team training.
- Identify and implement AI and automation to reduce clinical and administrative burdens.
