Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited institution.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- Current/Active NCEES registration in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years in engineering and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, and Visual or AGI32.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Expertise in Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Communications, and Electronic Security systems.
- Ability to perform one-line distribution diagramming, short-circuit analysis, and energy usage calculations.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for site visits.
- LEED BD+C Certification (preferred).
- PMP license (preferred).
- OSHA Training (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage technical quality of all project designs.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables and oversee QA/QC processes.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate staffing for projects using Team Gantt.
- Interface with clients to ensure needs are met and support business development.
- Review shop drawings and perform site investigations to ensure compliance.
- Mentor staff engineers, engineers, and designers.
- Maintain project documentation using Newforma Konekt.
- Conduct peer reviews and life safety analysis of design submittals.
