Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a paid software engineer.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript.
- Understanding of HTTP and server technologies.
- Knowledge of ReactJS.
- Computer Science background.
- Excellent written English and basic conversational English proficiency.
- Ability to work full time.
- Residency within 3 hours of the US EST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief system designer for the platform.
- Provide mentorship to other developers on the team.
- Act as the bridge between product requirements and the business team.
- Translate product requirements into working code while aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to negotiate timelines and prioritize feature development.
- Validate assumptions and evaluate build vs. buy decisions for new system features.
