Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise experiences with complex workflows.
- Strong track record of owning a product area end-to-end, including strategy, prioritization, rollout, and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate third-party vendors and coordinate across multiple systems.
- Experience defining product direction, rallying teams, and delivering results iteratively.
- Proficiency in navigating technical problems, including APIs and homegrown versus third-party system workflows.
- Fluent in using AI tools for product management tasks like spec drafting and research synthesis.
- Clear communication skills in a remote-first work environment.
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
- Enthusiasm for operating within a regulated, high-stakes healthcare domain.
Responsibilities
- Understand clinical and business needs by identifying jobs-to-be-done through research and feedback.
- Own key care delivery capabilities end-to-end, including prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows.
- Partner with clinical leadership to triage and prioritize product requests against roadmap goals.
- Translate business and user needs into clear functional specs, user stories, and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to ship clinical tools.
- Track product metrics and report on health and progress to leadership.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Drive feature rollout through change management, communication, and training.
- Identify and implement AI and automation to reduce clinical and administrative burden.
