Requirements
- 6+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience in high-growth or highly technical environments.
- Significant experience sourcing highly competitive technical Engineering and Product talent.
- Advanced expertise in talent research, market mapping, competitive intelligence, and building pipelines beyond traditional channels.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and translate ambiguous requirements into sophisticated sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for influencing search strategies using data.
- Proven ability to partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
- Experience with sourcing tools, AI-enabled recruiting practices, and emerging sourcing approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing strategies for complex, high-priority, and difficult-to-fill searches across technical, GTM, G&A, and leadership functions.
- Translate business needs and talent market dynamics into actionable sourcing plans.
- Identify and engage passive talent through advanced research, diverse networks, and creative approaches.
- Perform talent mapping and market research to provide actionable insights on competitive landscapes and hiring challenges.
- Champion inclusive sourcing strategies to expand qualified talent pools.
- Facilitate sourcing jams and share advanced techniques, frameworks, and market intelligence across the Talent Acquisition team.
