Exceptional taste and creative judgment in visual storytelling, design systems, and brand building.
Proven experience building and scaling creative systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
Experience leading concept development across multiple formats and channels.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder alignment.
Ability to balance conceptual thinking with operational rigor.
Experience managing external agencies and production partners.
Proficiency in video, motion, and emerging creative formats.
Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Unbounce.

Set and evolve Boulevard’s creative vision and elevated brand presence.
Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative across campaigns, digital, social, web, and events.
Build and scale a high-performing in-house team across design, copy, and video.
Operate as a player-coach by providing hands-on creative direction and mentorship.
Own and evolve the visual identity system to be differentiated and scalable.
Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Product Design to ensure unified storytelling.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
Integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows to scale output and maintain brand integrity.
